Experience the essence of Palestine with our Organic Olive Oil, crafted from olive trees in our family's ancient groves in the hills of the West Bank, 10 miles north of Jerusalem. Our olive groves are in the villages of Al-Bireh, Aurora, Umm Safa, and Abood. 

Jerusalem Olive Co. is a family-run business that aims to connect the Palestinian culture to broader audiences. We come from multiple generations of farmers, and this brand is dedicated to Sido Allan, who nurtured the land through resistance and care.

Using traditional farming methods, each olive is handpicked and cold-pressed in the heart of the West Bank. Our oil delivers a bold aroma and distinctive flavor, reflecting Palestine's rich heritage. Perfect for elevating your favorite dishes, it's more than just oil. It's a taste of tradition, care, and love in every bottle.

Resiliance of Palestinian Olive Oil

Cultivating, harvesting, and producing olive oil in Palestine is met with various struggles. This season, in particular, was met with the violence of settlers, land confiscation, and resource deprivation. This year was marked by the tragic confiscation of land and uprooting of olive trees in Umm Safa by settlers. However, olive trees are a symbol of sumud, meaning steadfastness in the face of struggle. With every purchase, you are investing in the land and the Palestinian villages. In addition, we donate 10% of our proceeds.
