This is hands-down some of the best olive oil I’ve ever had. It’s thick, rich, flavorful, and delicious enough to enjoy completely on its own. I use it in pretty much every dish I make, and it adds such an amazing depth and richness to everything.
A little unconventional, but I’ve even used a bit of it on my dry skin overnight because it’s so thick and nourishing—and I wake up with my skin feeling incredibly soft and moisturized! Truly such a high-quality, versatile olive oil. I’ll definitely be buying it again!
Authentic oil. Tastes exactly like oil at home, because it was actually made there in Palestine with local olive. Try it with some Zaatar. You will love it. Hesham is a great guy. He puts his heart into what he is doing and is very passionate about telling the stories of his family's connection to the olive land he gets the olive from.
I honestly don’t know how to describe this extra virgin olive oil other than saying it is perfect.
Starting with the packaging, it comes in a dark glass bottle, which is exactly the kind of packaging you want for preserving the quality of olive oil. But the real magic is in the taste.
As a Palestinian myself, and someone who grew up using olive oil regularly for cooking and eating, I can genuinely say that this is one of the best olive oils I have ever tasted in my life—and I’m not exaggerating.
You can taste its quality immediately. You don’t even need to cook with it. Just take a small sip or dip a piece of fresh bread into it, and you’ll understand what I mean. The flavor is rich, smooth, fresh, and incredibly satisfying.
For me, though, it is more than just olive oil. Every drop reminds me of my home village, my family, and so many good memories. It has that authentic taste that takes you back home.
